59 y/o Walter Batt was arrested after State Police said he performed unlawful vehicle and traffic stops.
Batt had red blinking emergency lights on his vehicle and claimed to be a volunteer firefighter with the Albion Fire Department.
Batt sells insurance in Albion and works part-time as a fire investigator for the Orleans County Office of Emergency Management.
Batt was arrested and charged with official misconduct.
