DandC - "A Wayne County teenager has been accused of sexually abusing two girls he was babysitting last week.
Nicholas J. Gibson, 17, of Williamson, was charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sex act and two counts of first-degree sex abuse, both felonies, according to the Wayne County Sheriff's Office. He was also charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
Gibson was caring for two 5-year-old girls in his family's home on Lake Avenue on Aug. 15. when the encounter is alleged to have occurred, deputies said. Gibson is accused of engaging in oral and anal sex with both children, deputies said.
Chief Deputy Stephen Sklenar said the arrest stemmed from the ongoing incident.
Gibson was arraigned in Sodus Town Court and is expected to return to court at a later date. He was released under the supervision of a family member, deputies said. An order of protection was issued for the girls.
