Charles Phillips of Rochester, Santario Martin of Rochester, and Michelle Brown of Albion, have been arrested following a home invasion and shooting in Gates.
They broke into a home on Waldorf Ave. at about 5:15 a.m. on March 3 BECAUSE... nothing good EVER happens after midnight.
Phillips and Martin pistol whipped two victims in the head and then shot one of them in the leg. They also stole items from the victims home.
Police initially drove to the victims' house after one of the victims contacted Brown, 32, on backpage.com for prostitution!
All three were arrested and charged with robbery, burglary, and assault.
