Member of the SWAT team and other officers are still on the scene of a standoff in Batavia. They have been outside a home on Liberty Street since Monday afternoon. A man barricaded himself inside the house and fired several shots from a pellet gun at police. He also reportedly has a sword.Nearby Jackson Elementary School was briefly put into lockout Monday. Students were eventually dismissed and allowed to board buses. Jackson Elementary School is in session Tuesday. w
