Two Rochester Police officers have been suspended while an incident that was caught on camera is investigated. The video shows a person riding a motorbike and pulling into the driveway of a house on Northampton Street around 9:20 p.m. You can see officers pulling the person off of the motorbike and throwing them forcefully to the ground. Rochester Police Chief Michael Ciminelli said the video does raise some concerns. Two officers have been suspended pending the results of that investigation. The officers were not named by the Rochester Police Department. According to 13WHAM, court paperwork shows 25-year-old A.C. Garries of Pittsford was given a ticket for an unlicensed operator traffic infraction. Garries told 13WHAM he came to a stop on his front lawn when it happened. Garries says he sustained a shoulder injury and is considering a lawsuit.
