It's intern Jackie Nutt's last day, and she's worked really hard, so we want to thank her.
We start the morning talking about a new aspect of the West Webster fireman tragedy... in our daily news montage there is a report of threats being made against firemen and other first responders in attempts to threaten a "copycat" incident. Wease wants to know who would threaten firemen? Billy brings up an episode of the TV show "Arrow" where firemen are killed by the bad guy as they fight fires... it aired on Jan. 16th, but was obviously filmed weeks ago. Creepy
We lighten things up with Wease telling us how he drank tequila last night with Doreen's visiting mother. A discussion starts about how super expensive tequilas are a scam. A listener calls to tell us about a place that serves a tequila for $300 a shot.... Pauly says it better be filtered threw Angelina Jolie's vagina.
Tools With Sports
Wease brought Pauly some tshirts from the fat clothes he doesn't need anymore thanks to Jenny Craig. These shirts include a couple Buffalo Bills shirts, but Pauly won't take those out of his allegiance to the Cleveland Browns. Is it normal for sports fans to be like this?
Earlier this week we heard that TIGER WOODS was desperate to get his ex-wife ELIN NORDEGREN back. But maybe he's actually moved on. The "Star" tabloid claims that he's been nailing Olympic skier LINDSEY VONN since November. A source says, quote, "He wants to marry again, and thinks Lindsey could be the woman." Lindsey is 28 . . . Tiger is 37.
Wease and John also breakdown some of the prop bets you can wager on during the Super Bowl...

|Under 2 minutes 15 seconds||1/1|
|Over 2 minutes 15 seconds||1/1|
|Will Alicia Keys be booed during or after her rendition of the national anthem?|
|Will Alicia Keys forget or omit at least 1 word of the national anthem?|

Plus, Tom Brady has a new 22,000 square foot house with a moat. That's right, I said a moat...
Marshall Fine Film Reviews
Marsh just got back from the Sundance Film Festival in Utah where he saw 20 movies in 4 days. His favorite was a sexy dark comedy/drama called "Concussion".
Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters... Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton play the fairytale characters Hansel and Gretel, who killed a witch in a gingerbread house when they were kids. Now that they're all grown up, they're mercenaries who make a living killing witches. Marshall didn't get a chance to see it, but Rotten Tomatoes has it at 11%
Parker... A new action flick with Jason Statham as a thief looking for revenge on Michael Chiklis, the leader of his old crew, who shot and left him for dead. Nick Nolte is also in it. Marshall is a fan of Statham, taking over for Steve McQueen as The King Of Cool, and while this isn't a great movie it is exciting and lots of fun.
Movie 43... This random sketch comedy movie features an enormous cast of A-list celebrities doing raunchy humor. It includes Halle Berry smearing guacamole on her breasts, Gerard Butler as a foul-mouthed leprechaun, and Terrence Howard as the coach of an undefeated basketball team who are terrified of playing their first white team, plus lots of other big name celebs that will be in it for 30 seconds. They didn't screen this one for critics, and it looks awful.
Pauly is going to get lasik eye surgery from Dr. Robbins on Feb. 6th, and went yesterday for a consultation. He's really looking forward to the procedure, and took this photo at the office.

Earl David Reed Returns
A former Wease Show sidekick, and one of the funniest comedians in the world joins us in studio. He's performing at The Comedy Club this weekend, and can't recommend going highly enough. Earl gives us his take on comedy, tv, radio, and the fun he had in Rochester and working for Wease.
Earl goes off on sports fans, people that wear jerseys, Jackie Nutt's life full of hope, and the Manti Te'o interview with Katie Couric. Here are some highlights from that interview...
Police Chief Sheppard
We're joined in studio by Rochester Police Chief James Sheppard who tells us about the findings in his recent report on crime in the city. We discuss the uptick in shootings, the decrease in crimes in general, and the importance of citizens reporting information to the police. Now that the gun issue has been brought up listeners want to defend their right to bear arms... although I'd prefer bare arms (I'm a hairy guy).
Black Or White
Wease and Earl bring back a bit they used to do called "Black Or White". Pauly reads a news story and Wease, Earl. Willie, and anyone else that wants to chime in guesses the criminals race. Man with sore feet steals car... black. Child porn... white. Man mugs pregnant girlfriend of $200... white. Retired pimp shot by as many as four cops... everyone knows the pimp is black (Earl points out the credibility issue of believing a pimp is white, but Wease tells us the story of a white pimp he knows).
Bonus... Star Trek Strip Trivia
Good Luck Jackie Nutt
Thanks again to Jackie Nutt for all her hard work while she's here with us. Wease went to Savoia Bakery and got her a Ding Dong Cake.
We're also joined in studio by members of the Rochester Lancers who are here to promote First Responders Appreciation Day at the Blue Cross Arena this Sunday afternoon. Get info here.
Go see Earl David Reed at the Comedy Club this weekend, you won't regret it. Also, the Knighthawks tomorrrow night, and the Lancers on Sunday. We'll be back next week with all our regular stuff plus guests including author Beth Raymar (Lay The Favorite), and actor/comedian Dave Foley (Kids In The Hall, News Radio). It's nice to be important, but more important to be nice. See ya.
