1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground turkey
2 packages of dry taco mix
16 oz salsa
8 soft torilla shells
1 bunch green onions - chopped
1 can refried beans
2 cups sour cream
1 can chopped chili’s
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
-Brown meat – drain; Add dry taco mix and mix thoroughly. Add salsa and simmer for 10 minutes.
-In a 9 x 13 pan. Spray with Pam. Place a layer of torilla shells on the bottom of the pan. Spread evenly ½ of the meat mixture over the torilla shells.
-Spread with 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese. Place another layer of torilla shells over the meat mixture. Spread refried beans. Spread sour cream. Sprinkle green onions and chilis’ Place another layer of torilla shells. Spread evenly ½ of the meat mixture over the torilla shells. Spread with 1 cup of sharp cheddar cheese.
-Cover with aluminum foil. Cook at 350 for 45 minutes.
