1 Tbsp Italian season

4 Tbsp parm cheese


-Slice potatoes very very thin, put in big Ziploc bag; toss potatoes with olive oil, Italian season, s&p

-place in single layer on bake sheet lined with foil; bake 45 degrees 15 min

-top with parm cheese & bake extra 5-10 min
