A father who lost his 6-month-old baby girl last week had a heartbreaking request for fellow Redditors: he asked if someone would photoshop a picture of his daughter, Sophia, with tubes in her body into a picture of her looking healthy.

Grieving dad Nathan Steffel posted the following on Reddit:

My daughter recently passed away after a long battle in the children’s hospital. Since she was in the hospital her whole life we never were  able to get a photo without all her tubes. Can someone remove the tubes from this photo?

The response was overwhelming. Steffel said Sophia had a hepatic hemangioma in her liver. He and his wife knew of the condition.
