John Kohlmeier and Bonnie Hughes were arrested in March by Greece Police for first degree criminal sexual act and other charges.
Those other charges include production, receipt and possession of child pornography, as well as coercing and enticing a minor to engage in unlawful sexual activity.
The victim is a child under the age of 10. The two later engaged in sexual contact with the victim.
If convicted, they could face a minimum of 15 years in prison, and a maximum sentence of life in prison.
