Patricia Ann Sprague, 54, of Irondequoit turned herself in for leaving the scene of an accident resulting in a death.
On March 2, Nilsa Rivera, 62, was walking on Clifford Ave. when she was struck and killed. Sprague did not stop to help Rivera or contact authorities.
She was arrested and charged in connection to a deadly hit-and-run on Clifford Ave.
Sprague is being held in the Monroe County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $15,000 bond.
