James M. Bonacci was arrested on Friday after he was reportedly seen breaking into cars.
Officers in the Gates Police Department arrested 45-year-old Henrietta native James M. Bonacci for criminal possession. A resident in the Queensland Drive neighborhood called 911 which led to his arrest.
