Joshua G. Bachorski, 35, of South Spruce Street, Batavia, is accused if selling crack cocaine to an undercover agent of the Local Drug Task Force.
He is being charged with the 3rd degree criminal sale of a controlled, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 3rd.
He was arraigned on the indictment in Genesee County Court and jailed on $20,000 bail or $30,000 bond.
