Brandi R. Jimerson, 38, of Jamestown is facing felony charges after she allegedly offered to sell meth to an off-duty police sergeant... who LITERALLY was just passing by.
Sgt. Jason Linderman was walking by out-of-uniform, and Jimerson struck up a convo.
Then she allegedly offered him meth
Jimerson was charged with:
third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell
third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, driving while ability impaired by drugs
unlicensed operation
driving with improper license plates
and an unsafe tires violation
She sits in the Wyoming County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
