AN ARREST HAS BEEN MADE
Public Lewdness Arrest
On 05/11/18 the victim was outside when he observed the male neighbor dancing naked in front of a large glass window inside the suspects house.
The victim states this is an ongoing problem that takes place on a nightly basis. Deputy Carroll responded to the location on 05/12/18 and identified the suspect as Mark Daniels.
Daniels admitted to dancing naked in front of the window as part of a workout routine that he does in his bedroom and that his intent is not for people to watch him working out in the nude.
Daniels has 4 prior arrests for Public Lewdness.
Daniels was released on an appearance ticket.
