A grand jury has indicted three people in the deadly shooting and stabbing in Batavia last week. Nathaniel Wilson Junior is facing second degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon charges. Samuel Blackshear is facing assault in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. Jennifer Urvizu-Hanlon is facing criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree. Investigators say there was a confrontation between two groups on Central Avenue last Thursday. Investigators said Terry Toote was stabbed and killed by Wilson. Urvizu-Hanlon allegedly provided the gun.
