A baby boy's mother, grandmother and grandfather have been arrested after the baby put a drug bag in his mouth and needed Narcan.

and 48-year-old Edaliz Torres have been charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and endangering the welfare of a child.
The 9 month old swallowed a bag containing drugs. Fentanyl was also found in the house
The boy was taken to Rochester General Hospital where doctors administered, Narcan.
