Angeline DeJesus, 21, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after she "knowingly placed the victim's welfare in danger by living with two known heroin users and exposing her child to the presence of dangerous narcotics and drug paraphernalia."
The 9-month-old boy choked on a baggie with drug residue and when EMT's arrived, was unconscious and given Narcan by hospital staff when he arrived.
