On Monday Police arrested 35-year-old Crystal Fiero of Penn Yan for placing over 300 phone calls to 911. Crystal Fiero was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment and used the Verizon website as as well texting apps to make the calls to the Yates County Sheriff's Emergency 911 Center.
