A State of Emergency has been issued in Monroe County. The declaration of a state of emergency does not mean travel is restricted in Monroe County. “The County’s Office of Emergency Management is monitoring the situation, is in contact with all state, city, town and village officials and will provide additional guidance as warranted," said Monroe County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo.
The following roads are being affected by flooding:
- Park Road
- Woolston Road
- Rt. 96 west at Woodcliff
- Rt. 96 west on-ramp to Rt. 490
- Rt. 490 off-ramp at exit 28
- Carter Road at Whitney Road in Penfield
- 2500 block of Penfield Road
- Huber Road and Carter Road
