Lynn M. Motyka is facing prostitution and drug charges after a call was made to 911 around noon on Aug. 13 from Clearview Drive in the town of Geneseo.
The investigation showed that Motyka was in possession of hypodermic needles. She was arrested and charged with prostitution and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, which is a class A misdemeanor, prostitution is a class B misdemeanor.
