Owen Hedges has been charged with DWI after he crashed his car on Lake Road at the Bay Outlet and went into the water, Owens and a female passenger swam to shore after the crash. Sean Johnson heard a bang and rushed over to see what happened and tried to help in anyway he could.
"The woman was talking about how cold she was, last night was probably 50 degrees outside so I can't imagine how warm the water was and she was just in shock. The gentleman was a bit more realizing of what he had to do to get out of the water, but she was frozen in fear, so it was extremely concerning," Johnson said.
