23-year-old Avon Stevens has been arrested in connection to a fire that caused 137 damaged vehicles at a Mercedes Benz dealership. The 23-year old was caught on camera officials say and 250 firefighters were controlling the flames.
“The black, toxic smoke, the heat, the limited area firefighters had to work in all made it very difficult to quickly extinguish the fire,” FDNY Commissioner Daniel Nigro said at a press conference.
