A child care center manager is accused of forcibly touching three girls. Jeffrey Todd Webster, of Lakeville, is accused of touching the girls appropriately at Hillside Children's Center in the Town of Hopewell. The 54-year-old is charged with forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child. Orders of protection for the victims were requested. Police are investigating whether there may be additional victims.
