Rochester Man Charged With Vehicular Manslaughter

A Rochester man has been charged with vehicular manslaughter in the 2nd degree, 1st degree vehicular assault and DWI.  Investigators say Jordin Campbell, 22, was heading south on Clay Road around 11 p.m., with three passengers, when his car left the road and crashed through a barrier along Interstate 390. Deputies say Campbell suffered serious injuries. Two passengers were ejected from the vehicle. Paramedics declared one of the male passengers dead at the scene. Deputies say speed may have been a factor in the crash.
