For the second time this week someone has been stabbed at the Rochester Transit Center.
The RPD says the victim is a 19-yr-old non-city resident and that he was taken to Strong with non-life threatening injuries with an upper body stab wound. The RPD hasn't said yet whether or not anyone is in custody.
The video below, which shows a ton of blood, also shows someone getting dragged away in handcuffs. Later in the video someone is getting treated with what appears to be a wound on his right hand or arm.
