On tomorrow's Newsradio WHAM 1180 Food Show, we'll be visited by Rochester's Butcher, Kevin McCann. Kevin took Rochester by storm when he put a butcher shop and served high end prepared somewhat fast food in The South Wedge a few years ago. He's been gaining national recognition lately too, becoming a finalist in The Butcher's Guild Global Competition.
Also, Holy Childhood's Brian Wirth will stop by and we'll preview this year's Wine @ Center Ice coming up March 1st at Bill Gray's Iceplex.
