A man has been arrested after police say he threw out a bag full of newborn puppies in the trash. It happened in Wisconsin. Luckily, someone heard the sound of what they thought were kittens coming from a garbage can. The puppies are doing well and will be put up for adoption. Robert Wild, 56, is charged with mistreatment and abandonment of animals.
