I have pulled off the ultimate scam. I don't know how, but it happened. I started a small food business, began doing a weekly Food Show (below), and started taking speaking engagements here and there..
Now, 5 years later, people think I know what I'm talking about, and I get to be a guest judge at things like THIS!

Guess who's back? Chef Throwdown's back!
Will you be there for the Flower City All-Stars: Chef Throwdown? Two teams, each comprised of 3 incredibly talented chefs, battling for the People's Choice award of Best Team Execution of dishes.
Half of all ticket sales will go to 2 local non-profits chosen by each chef team.
The non-profits include: ROCoveryfitness and Geneva Boys and Girls Club.
Celebrity Judges will sample dishes to determine award-winning categories for individual chef dishes: "Best Taste", "Best Presentation"
