A 43-year-old man from Perry is charged with sexually abusing a 10-year-old. Robert Hopkins was arrested Wednesday morning and charged with first degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child. Hopkins is also been arraigned in a similar case. He will be back in court on June 11th.
