Three people were killed and at least 15 others injured in a mass shooting Sunday at a food festival in California. A 6-year-old boy is believed to be among the deceased victims. Police reached the scene within a minute of the first shots ringing out. The suspect was shot and killed. Investigators say the gunman had to cut through a fence to get into the annual Garlic Festival. Officers are searching for a possible second suspect.
