James and Matthew Wheaton are facing charges after an incident last night on the east side.
Monroe County Sheriff's Deputies say they got a report that the two men stole Red Bull from the CVS on Fairport Road in Perinton.
Deputies tracked them down on Route 250 in Penfield and the car pulled over in the Target parking lot. Wheaton then exited the vehicle and allegedly ran off, but was arrested a short time later.
Deputies say that Graham then got into the drivers seat of the vehicle and fought with a deputy before driving off.
Problem is though, the vehicle ran out of gas in the Village of Fairport at East Church and Parker streets. He allegedly tried to run away and fought with deputies before being taken into custody.
One deputy suffered a hand injury and another suffered facial injuries during the arrests. Both were treated and released from RGH.

Also, it appears Mr. Matthew Wheaton has apparently been in trouble with the law before for breaking in to vehicles in Webster last year.
