Look who is back! Former Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio is back to practicing law on the other side of the bench and is representing 17-year-old Geoffrey Rogers.
Rogers is accused of stealing an unmarked police car out of a police lot on Mt. Read Boulevard on August 26. Police say he also threatened a man with a BB gun at a gas station. He's facing charges of grand larceny, unauthorized use of a vehicle, menacing and false reporting of an incident.
Astacio says they are trying to work on a plea deal with the Monroe County District Attorney's Office.
