A house has reportedly exploded and caught fire in Richmond, Ontario County. According to the Richmond Fire Chief, two elderly people are unaccounted for. The fire on Quayle Road at Route 20A started about 4:30 a.m. According to 13WHAM, people as far as five miles away say they heard and felt an explosion.
