The 4th Man sent Kimberly these videos from a guy Anthony Adams, who is apparently from Clifton Springs.
It appears that he's been travelling across the country on via semi-trucks, but without permission or knowledge of the semi-truck driver.

And here he is underneath the truck while moving at a high rate of speed.
