I've been pretty outspoken about how I could see a day in which social media comes with a warning every time you log in about the possible negative effects it could have. From addiction, to anxiety, to depression, the effects are well documented.
Instagram has done, in my opinion, a great thing, and decided to test hiding "likes" from public view to help do their part in combating these negative effects.
