Former Rochester City Court Judge Leticia Astacio was back in court today to discuss her alleged probation violation.
According to New10NBC's Deanna Dewberry, Astacio did not deny she had been drinking when she blew into the interlock ignition device in her car. She argued that the device in her car is illegal because she's had the ignition interlock device on her care for more than three years, the max allowed by law for a misdemeanor charge.
The judge denied her motion, and there is now another court date set for November 26th.
