FedEx Driver Caught on Video Thrashing Packages

Everyone who hasn't been trapped in a cave for the last 20 years probably knows cameras are everywhere these days. Well, maybe with the exception of a FedEx driver in Wisconsin. The unidentified deliveryman was captured by a Mayville resident's video doorbell in the midst of an apparent meltdown, cursing and thrashing the holiday packages he was entrusted to deliver. The clip, which was given to a local TV station by homeowner Andrea Wendorf, shows the FedEx employee kicking a package across the snowy ground and he complains to someone on his cell phone. The video also shows him dropping a package twice while hastily attempting to load it onto the truck, cursing loudly out of frustration. "I was in shock," Wendorf says, adding she now understands why her last two deliveries arrived damaged. In response to the video, FedEx has released a statement that reads, "The behavior depicted in the videos is unacceptable and inconsistent with the professionalism FedEx Ground service providers demonstrate every day in safely and securely delivering millions of packages to our customers." It goes on to say FedEx officials will "take the appropriate steps to address this matter." Have you ever seen a delivery person mistreating packages? What's your biggest complaint about delivery services?
