This sounds like something out of a horror movie. After two roommates in Minnesota discovered that their apartment started smelling pretty badly, with a black, "tar-like" substance running down the wall, they called the building's maintenance staff to investigate the issue. Turns out, their neighbor had died the week before and his blood was leaking through the floor and coming out from their ceiling. AJ McCrady detailed the story, complete with pictures, to Twitter, adding in a later post, "All I really know of the situation is the man upstairs died in his sleep." Minneapolis police spokesperson John Elder confirmed the gruesome discovery, reminding residents, "It's important to keep in contact with your neighbors and loved ones".
