The Department of Agriculture is urging anyone with beef stock purchased at Wegmans to throw it out. Officials say it wasn't properly inspected before being shipped to grocery stores. The warning involves 32 ounce cartons without salt. It was sold in New York, Pennsylvania and Massachusetts with date codes of March 25th and March 26, 2022.
