Family members say the father of two abducted children has been in involved in a custody battle for years. Dimitri Cash Jr., 5, and Shekeria Cash, 3, were forcibly taken from a foster home. The Cash siblings have lived with this foster family for approximately two years. In fact, Dimitri Cash, 26, was charged after abducting his son from Autumn Lane Elementary School in Greece last January. With his two-year-old child also in the car, it's alleged Cash shoved the principal, then struck him with the vehicle while backing out. Cash was arrested three hours later and charged with three misdemeanors including endangering the welfare of a child. The case is still pending in criminal court. On a GoFundMe page created last month, Cash posted a photo, alleging his children are being mistreated. He presents no proof to substantiate the claims.
