Police are looking for the driver who struck and killed a bicyclist on Jay Street Thursday night. According to Rochester police, the accident happened just after 10 p.m. near the railroad crossing by Hague Street. The driver left the scene.Anyone who witnessed the collision or has information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 423-9300 or 911.
