Viral Video: Trooper Surprises 9-Year-Old With Sneakers

An Instagram video of a Wilmington, Delaware State Trooper and fourth-grader went viral. Trooper Joshua Morris bought Ra’kir Allen a pair of sneakers after the 9-year-old kept calling him Curry while he played basketball with neighborhood kids.
