Rochester police issued an AMBER Alert for a 14-year-old boy. Police say James Fernandez Reyes was abducted on Myrtle St. at 4:30 p.m. Monday. Reyes is described as a Hispanic male, approximately 14-years-old with brown hair and brown eyes. He is about 5' 3" and weighs about 120 pounds. Investigators say Reyes was last seen wearing black jacket, blue pants, white Nike Air Force One sneakers. According to police, James was possibly taken by 4-5 Black males in masks in a gold SUV. James was taken under circumstances that lead police to believe he is in imminent danger of serious harm or death.
