The Rochester Humane Society is investigating an alleged case of dog abuse after a video went viral allegedly showing a man abusing a dog chained up in a pool. The man in the video denies the allegations and says it was a misunderstanding. Sharod Campbell said the dog jumped in the empty pool because there was a bunch of Vienna sausages in the pool. Campbell said he and his brother saved the dog during the last snow storm. A person who claims to have witnessed the abuse said people could hear the dog yelping in pain. The Humane Society at Lollypop Farm says the dog is currently in its care. No one has been charged.
