Rochester Police say two women were seriously hurt in a crash Thursday morning in Rochester. The accident happened on Saxton Street around 4:30 a.m. Investigators say the vehicle appeared to have struck a bridge. It was fully engulfed in flames when crews arrived. Two women were found laying outside the car. Officers pulled them further away from the vehicle to safety. The women, approximately 30-35 years old, were taken to Strong Hospital with serious injuries.
