The producer of the Oscar's is speaking up about what happened behind the scenes after Will Smith slapped Chris Rock. Will Packer says the Los Angeles Police Department was on-hand and ready to arrest Will Smith. However, Packer says Rock was “dismissive” about pressing charges. According to Packer, when asked if he wanted Smith arrested Rock said, "No, I'm fine." Packer also says he never spoke directly to Smith.
