Someone posted a simple-but-brilliant hack for killing a fly when you don't have a flyswatter
Just grab a wad of toilet paper . . . soak it with water . . . wait for the fly to land . . . and throw it at them. It should stick to the wall. And if your aim is decent, the fly has been neutralized.
