A woman is accused of trying to run over her partner because he asked for one of her French fries.
It happened in Australia. Charlotte Harrison has claimed it was an accident. She said she hit the wrong pedal and accelerated rather than braked. Investigators say she slammed into oncoming traffic and a power box attempting to run her partner, Matthew Finn, down. Harrison said in her bail application she had no intention of trying to harm Finn. Finn attended court to support Harrison yesterday afternoon, but left halfway through.
