A third woman has died as a result of the stampede at a concert at the Main Street Armory. Family members say Aisha Haskins from Syracuse passed away. She was 35 years old. Brandy Miller, 35, of Rochester, and 33- year-old Rhondesia Belton, of Buffalo were the other victims. Rochester Police say GloRilla and Finesse2Tymes were performing when people thought they heard gunfire inside the venue around 10:30 p.m. Sunday. That triggered panic – as people rushed for the exits. Police say there was no shooting. There will be NO public events at the Main Street Armory, until the investigation into Sunday's fatal concert crush is complete. Police Chief David Smith says Armory owner Scott Donaldson was a no-show for a meeting with city officials and police. So Smith denied the Armory's permit renewal. City attorney Patrick Beath says it was vital to shut down the Armory immediately.
